TTR-400 — Transformer Turns Ratio Meter
The TTR-400 is a portable transformer turns ratio meter that measures turns ratio, voltage ratio and phase displacement of single-phase and three-phase distribution and power transformers per IEC 60076 and IEEE C57.12.90. With a variable 0–160 V test voltage from a three-phase pr
