Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the VA-TEK website (va-tek.com) and the purchase of products and services offered under the VA-TEK brand by Shenzhen Feso Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (“FESO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Product Information and Specifications

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information on this website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and change specifications without prior notice. Products are subject to continuous improvement and may differ slightly from published descriptions.

3. Orders and Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are provided with each quotation. Minimum order values may apply.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are specified on each quotation. Standard terms are 30 days net from date of invoice for approved accounts. Title to goods remains with FESO until full payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms are EXW Shenzhen, China (Incoterms 2020) unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs, insurance, and any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery schedules are estimates and we shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Warranty

FESO warrants that all VA-TEK instruments are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, FESO will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product returned to our facility. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product documentation, is the property of Shenzhen Feso Automation Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited. VA-TEK is a brand and trademark of Shenzhen Feso Automation Technology Co., Ltd.

9. Software License

Software provided with VA-TEK instruments is licensed, not sold. Use is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) included with the software. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Shenzhen Municipality, Guangdong Province, the People’s Republic of China.
