Manufacturing

Every VA-TEK instrument is designed, assembled, calibrated, and tested at our manufacturing and R&D facility in Shenzhen, operated by Shenzhen Feso Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (FESO). We believe that controlling the production process end-to-end is essential to delivering the quality and reliability our customers expect.

Production Facility

Our Shenzhen manufacturing center occupies a dedicated facility equipped with:

  • SMT (surface mount technology) PCB assembly line for in-house board production
  • Environmental test chambers for burn-in and thermal cycling
  • Traceable electrical calibration standards for AC/DC voltage, current, phase, and frequency
  • Automated test stations for production-line verification
  • ESD-protected assembly and test areas
  • Finished goods inspection and packaging area

Quality Process

  1. Incoming Inspection: All components and subassemblies are inspected against specifications before entering production.
  2. In-Process Testing: Each PCB assembly undergoes automated optical inspection (AOI) and functional testing before integration.
  3. System Calibration: Every completed instrument is calibrated using traceable reference standards. Calibration certificates are provided with each unit.
  4. Burn-In: Instruments are operated continuously for a minimum of 48 hours in an environmental chamber with temperature cycling to identify early-life failures.
  5. Final Acceptance Test: A comprehensive functional test verifies all specifications before the instrument is released for shipment.
  6. Packaging and Documentation: Each shipment includes the instrument, accessories, calibration certificate, and printed user manual.

Supply Chain

We maintain a controlled supply chain with approved vendors for all critical components. Long-term agreements with key semiconductor and component suppliers ensure production continuity and consistent quality.
