Our team is part of Shenzhen Feso Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (FESO), headquartered in Shenzhen with regional sales and support offices worldwide.

Leadership

Our management team brings decades of combined experience in power system protection, instrument design, manufacturing operations, and international sales. Leadership biographies are available on request.

Engineering and R&D

Our R&D team includes electrical engineers, firmware developers, software engineers, and high-voltage specialists. They are responsible for new product development, standards compliance, and continuous improvement of existing product lines.

Technical Support

Our support team provides pre-sales consultation, commissioning assistance, and after-sales technical support. Application engineers are available by phone, email, and remote desktop for instrument diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Manufacturing and Quality

Our production team in Shenzhen includes skilled PCB assembly technicians, calibration engineers, and quality assurance inspectors who ensure every instrument meets specifications before shipment.
